My guess is that you probably have cans like these around your home.

The quick tip: Today's quick tip is to watch where you spray. If your pet is near and happens to get some of the spray in their eyes, like your eyes, they're eyes can can get irritated.

What to do: Take your pet immediately to the vet. This happened to me with Libra. I sprayed and she was in the area and happened to look up as the spray was coming down. The spray landed right in her eyes. Luckily, we had a vet appointment the same day. Libra didn't show any discomfort, but her eye was red.

What the vet will do: The vet will prescribe a tube of medicine. I had to place the medicine on her eyelid twice a day.

Libra's eyes are fine now. So now when I spray, I make sure she's not around or if she comes in the area, I make sure I cover her eyes.
